Andrew Gallo, the person responsible for the death of Anaheim Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart. Former students of California State University of Fullerton Courtney Stewart and Henry Pearson and severely injured former CSUF catcher Jon Wilhite. Wilhite is a lone survivor of the crash as he was taken to University California of Irvine (UCI) Medical Center to recover from his injuries which consisted of internal decapitation among other things. Wilhite's current status is he's improving drastically and according to Sports Illustrated his speech is supposed to be back to normal by Christmas. Wilhite is able to breath on his own without a ventilator, 95% of people with the injury Wilhite suffered do not survive those that do need something to help them breath the percentage of those who do not need this support is 1%. Wilhite is walking and breathing under his own power. Happy go lucky, Jon. Wilhite will appear at anti-drunk driving speeches.
